Tibisay Bermudez is the founder and Principal Director of Bermudez Intelligent Recruitment Inc. professional and executive search firm, registered and incorporated in Ontario, Canada in 2011.

Tibisay earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations at a Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas. Tibisay has developed extensive experience in professional and executive search since 1990, in a wide variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Information Technology & Relational Data Base, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Mass Consumption, High-end Apparel, IT Consulting services among others.

In addition, Tibisay strong recruitment background has allowed her to identify domestic opportunities, within Canadian organizations with international operations in need of recruitment assistance in different regions, including Latin American countries, leveraging her Spanish language skills and culture-awareness.

She is a Certified Human Resources Professional as well as an active standing member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
